Refunds
Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, candyaffaircandyboutique.com does not accept any returns on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by candyaffaircandyboutique.com. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs on any products returned
To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, candyaffaircandyboutique.com lists all product descriptions as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding a product please contact a customer service representative via email at support@candyaffaircandyboutique.com
Food products MAY NOT BE RETURNED, so please order carefully as candyaffaircandyboutique.com cannot issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items received due to customer error (including shipping address) in ordering. Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.
Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.
