Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours of placing the order (please allow time for processing). Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday, barring holidays. Shipping transit times usually begin the day after the order is picked up by a shipping carrier.

When the hot weather months (May-September) are upon us, orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday to make sure your treats arrive in good shape. Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be processed immediately but not shipped out until the following Monday.
