Most orders are shipped within 48 business hours of placing the order (please allow time for processing). Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday, barring holidays. Shipping transit times usually begin the day after the order is picked up by a shipping carrier.

Should I order chocolate and gummy candy during the hot summer?

Simply put… no! Chocolate, gummies, meltable candy and warm temperatures just don’t go well together and to be honest with you, we don’t want you to order these types of sweets during these months.

Any candy you order is subject to melting, and even more so in the summer. While our huge candy warehouse is climate controlled, delivery trucks are not. Neither is the porch the delivery driver is going to leave your order on a hot July afternoon.

We do offer ice packs that can help keep your order cool, but these are still subject to heat and are not guaranteed to keep your candy from melting.

If you think it’s hot enough that your candy will arrive melted, chances are it will! We do not offer refunds or credit for any candy that arrives melted. So order wisely.
